I helped New York-based startup HumanWorks create an ambitious new digital product from the ground up. My role encompassed the shaping of digital strategy, conducting a variety of UX activities, and crafting a world-class UI.

The project began with a detailed Discovery phase, where I undertook stakeholder interviews, held a series of collaborative workshops, put together personas, mapped key user journeys, and worked with the development team to draft a detailed information architecture.

With the shape of the product (and system) established, it was time to create a brand identity for the product that we could use in subsequent design phases. I shaped the new identity, including running brand workshops, defining objectives, documenting values, and undertaking the design work.
